We do screen every order and do not automatically set accounts up. This helps to ensure we maintain a reliable service. As such there is a delay between ordering and being set up. Normally this is not more than 8 business hours. We also work to set accounts up within 24 hours during non business hours but the actual time scale is dependant on support work loads.
